UNREAL ENGINE RAY-TRACE ARCHVIZ (Work In Progress)
About the Property
7 Crescent is a family property located in Ottawa, Canada. This visualization demonstrates some of the potential hidden within.
Considered a Heritage Property in Canada's capitol, this concept leverages Postmodernism cues from it's original design as well as the addition of some Brutalist elements that flow well with the house geometry. The structure was opened creating a cathedral ceiling in the living room, and walkway joining the three story sleeping portion to the two story living area.

About the Process
I first built the 3D model in Chief Architect from the original plans (below), then imported into Maya and exported to UE4. It was built to run on Nvidia 2080ti using a dynamic Ray-Traced Sun, HDR for ambient occlusion, and ray-traced reflections and refraction.
